Apex recently finished work on this gorgeous 8,000 sq. ft. oceanfront home perched high on the Swampscott coastline. This traditional shingle-style home with modern detail was designed by Walter Jacob Architects, who helped the owners capture the beautiful views of the Boston skyline while staying true to New England’s architecture.

The quality of  Apex’s craftsmanship is evident in the home’s floating staircase, curved soffits and custom cabinetry. Similar attention to detail went into the design of the master bath, which features a custom glass shower unit.  The final result is an amazing home for a family to make memories for years to come.
